At Clearwater Central Catholic, Mercy is the central and guiding force for how we live. If you walk around the hallways you can see posters that say Mercy, because this was our year of mercy and is our year of Mercy. At the same time it's important that those words just not be on the poster, but that they come to life in this community. And the way we make them come to life is by reaching out and keeping this community a welcoming place, inclusive of others, caring, loving, and supporting of others, with time and with talent and with treasure. So this is very important to the community that Mercy be in the forefront of what we do and knowing why we do it. 
To me mercy means helping others even when it's not easy. At CCC, we're encouraged to reach out whether that's through volunteering or simply being there for a friend. 
As teachers, we're here to support every student academically but also nurture their growth as compassionate young people. This year's theme of Mercy fits in perfectly because it's about helping students reach their fullest potential with patience and kindness. My wife and I are living examples of the impact of the CCC education and have entrusted CCC to develop all 3 of our children into compassionate, well-rounded individuals. 
Clearwater Central Catholic demonstrates Mercy by opening countless doors for students who otherwise might not have the opportunity to experience them here, through financial assistance and support. CCC ensures that everyone regardless of background has the opportunity to succeed and thrive here. 
Clearwater Central Catholic was the place that showed us firsthand what Mercy looks like in real life. It taught us in person about empathy and compassion. Today whether in our careers or personal lives, we strive to carry those values with us. CCC taught us that Mercy is more than a feeling, but an action we carry out in our everyday lives. 
Hello I am Steven Granese, class of 1994, and parent of Kyle Granese, class of 2028. Your support of the Central Catholic fund directly contributes to the programs and services that make this environment of Mercy possible. It enables us to offer scholarships, provide mental health resources, and create academic programs that reflect our commitment to nurturing the whole person. By giving, you help us continue our mission of Mercy, ensuring that every student at CCC has the chance to grow in knowledge, faith, and compassion.
